On March 19, 2020, Governor Murphy issued Executive Order 106, which states that any lessee, tenant, homeowner or any other person shall not be removed from a residential property as the result of an eviction or foreclosure proceeding. More info
If you need financial assistance amid the business shutdowns and curfews, please submit a Coronavirus Emergency Expense Fund (CEEF) request here . CEEF will consider among other things rent (must be affordable), utilities, childcare related to "essential employee" status and non-medical devices and accessories lost due to CoVid.
